All ESG locations are operating today.

With the impact of COVID-19, ESG now has a large number of team members working from home each day.  Most of our communications are focused around our manufacturing sites, but it is understood that those working remotely have faced new and different ways of operating.  The lack of social interaction has been difficult for some of our team members, and we have tried to fill some of that gap with technology by adding these team members to meetings virtually as well as hosting ESG coffee breaks/check-ins via Teams.  I am very impressed with the innovative ideas coming from these team members on ways we can serve our internal and external customers differently and more efficiently during this time of COVID-19 and in the future.
