In an effort to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, all Dover operating companies have been notified that the in-person medical screening requirement for Dover’s annual wellness program has been canceled for 2020. The online health assessment and tobacco certification must still be completed prior to July 31, 2020 for team members and spouses on a Dover medical plan. Otherwise, additional fees will apply.
- To complete the health assessment and tobacco certification online, go to www.mycastlight.com/dover.
- To complete the health assessment and tobacco certification via the Castlight App, you can download the free Castlight app from your app store or at us.castlilghthealth.com/mobile or text APP to 35925.
The health assessment and tobacco certification will take approximately five minutes to complete.
